Work Process

Step 1 - Interview

Before we begin working on your website we would like to talk with you and ask a few questions about your business and what you desire in a website.

Common Questions:

Do not worry if you do not know the answer to all of the questions. We will help you pick the best domain for your business and setup webhosting for you. It is highly suggested that you allow us to host your website because this will greatly reduce the work hours required to complete your website and we cannot provide technical support if your website is not hosted with us.

Step 2 - Begin Working

After the initial interview we will provide you with a quote within 2 business days. Once we receive the 25% downpayment we will begin work on the website. Depending on the complexity of the website we will normally have a rough draft of the design ready within 3 -15 business days Once you approve of the design we will begin creating the other pages of your website. We will send you a link after we begin working that will allow you to watch our progress real time through the web. Any additions or new features that you request to be added at this point will increase the total work hours required to complete the project.

Step 3 -Completion

Most clients are presented with a final version of their website for review within one month. You will have a chance to view your website to make sure everything is in order and that there are no innaccuracies in the content. Any major changes at this point will take much longer. After you give final approval of the website we will collect the other 75% of the payment.

Maintenance

Once your website is complete you may update it, or make changes yourself if you have the proper HTML knowledge, however we suggest that you allow us do to them for you so you can be certain no problems will arise and because we can perform the updates much more effeciently. We offer hourly maintenance at a rate of $55 per hour ($10 minimum). We can also create either a 6 month or 12 month maintenance contract that can substantially reduce the cost of maintenance.
